*To get a Secured MasterCard card from HorizonPlus, you must send a security deposit for a minimum of $500.00 (held in a GIC savings account) and exceed minimum qualifications, age of majority in your Province or Territory (18 or 19), Canadian citizen, Resident of Canada, Valid Social Insurance Number to work in Canada, must not be in bankruptcy, must be discharged from bankruptcy to qualify (if applicable).

Mail all supporting documents along with your application and security deposit by cheque or certified cheque only which must be sent to HorizonPlus Processing Department. Once approved your application will be processed immediately and you will receive your card in the mail.

The credit limit will be equal to your security deposit. If you send $1000.00 to HorizonPlus MasterCard, and are approved, you will get a HorizonPlus MasterCard card with a credit limit of $1000.00.
